Cava Can Xa is clean, crisp, fruity and refreshing. On the nose you can appreciate notes of lemon, mandarin, yeast and dried fruits. On the palate Cava Can Xa is fresh, delicate with a small tickle from the bubbles allowing the wine to have a vibrant finish. Second fermentation in bottle, minimum ageing for 9 months. This cava is an excellent aperitif, also perfect to accompany ham, cured meats and sausages, seafood, fish with sauce, rice, poultry, meats, semi cured cheeses and desserts.
