Ingredients

  • 40ml Vermut Lacuesta Rojo
  • 40ml Aurora Amontillado
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

Introduction

Try our classic Adonis Sherry Cocktail.
The Adonis sherry cocktail dates back to the mid-1880s. It was named in honour of the first Broadway musical to run for more than 500 performances. It is one of the first sherry cocktails to become popular.  It is a simple cocktail to make, low in alcohol and perfect as a pre-dinner aperitif. Method

  1.  Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled wine or martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist or dried orange slice.
