Whether you’re a pit master or a rank amateur, smoking wood chunks bring flavour to your kettle, kamado or smoker that you can’t achieve with charcoal alone. Orange chunks are pieces of wood from the pruning and cleaning of orange groves. These chunks are kiln dried and served in 2.5kg bags.

These chunks are ideal for foods that need to be cooked and smoked for a long period of time.

Perfect pairing with fish, both blue and white fish, shellfish and seafood. Also ideal for vegetables, rice dishes, white poultry, and mild meats.

How to use your orange tree wood chunks?

You will need to soak the wooden chunks in water for at least 20 minutes, then add them to the glowing charcoal. They can be used on gas or electric barbecues but use a smoker or place them on a pre-drilled aluminium tray.
