Description
The smoke of holm oak is reminiscent of forest aromas and the essence of pepper and cinnamon. It provides a very suggestive caramel note.
Perfect pairing with fish, red and game meats, dairy products, and foie gras.
Tip: you can add spices, liqueurs, lemon, rosemary, or garlic to enhance its flavour.
How to use: can be used in an Aladdin cooker or in a sawdust smoker. Place the food to be smoked, allowing enough space for the smoke to circulate around it and penetrate it. Light the holm oak saw dust and let the magic of the smoke work for as long as necessary depending on the type of food and the quantity.
