Traditionally infused with saffron, paella can just about use any ingredient that goes well with rice: chicken, chorizo sausage, rabbit, octopus, prawns, asparagus, peas, beans – what you will. Seasoned with smoked paprika and piquillo peppers; paella speaks of Spain more than any other dish. We stock two types of rice ideal for Paella: Bomba; a rice perfectly suited to keep its individual grain, and Catala paella from a small producer with over 5 generations of experience in producing paella rice.
