Ingredients

  • 50ml Alvear Fino
  • 25ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of peach bitters
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

The Greenbriar Sherry Cocktail is not a Julep but a sherry and dry vermouth version of the gin based Derby Cocktail with the inclusion of fresh mint and peach bitters.

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Rub the rim of the glass with the a mint leave and garnish the drink.
