Description
El Capricho cured ox tongue is made following a traditional process. The product is salted, marinated and then cooked in whole pieces according to an old recipe.
It is best to eat our cured ox tongue cut into very thin slices. You can also enjoy it drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes and smoked paprika.
A wonderfully uncomplicated starter or snack at any time of the day. The complex aromas of the ox beef develop best at room temperature.
