Description
The smoke of orange tree is dense and offers very characteristic tones of liquorice.
Perfect pairing with chicken, poultry, pork, fish, shellfish, seafood and all kinds of vegetables.
Tip: you can add spices, liqueurs, lemon, rosemary, garlic to enhance its flavour.
How to use: it can be used in Aladdin cooker or in a sawdust smoker. Place the food to be smoked, allowing enough space for the smoke to circulate around it and penetrate it. Light the orange tree sawdust and let the magic of the smoke work for as long as necessary depending on the type of food and the quantity.
