Description
The smoke of the orange chips is dense and offers very characteristic tones of liquorice.
The method of use is simple, the chips are moistened about 20 minutes before use, and placed directly on the charcoal or in a smoker, so that the smoke of this wood penetrates the food.
Perfect with fish, both blue and white fish, shellfish, and seafood. Also ideal with vegetables, rice dishes, white poultry and mild meats.
